3. How do I see what calls I missed?
1. If your phone was on at the time of the missed call:
- This indicator will appear in the notification bar at the top of your phone that you missed a call.
- Pull down the notification bar with your finger on the screen at the top of the phone and select missed calls
- It will now display on your screen what calls you have missed
2. If your phone was off at the time of the missed call:
- From the main screen, select Applications
- Select Call Logs
- Select Call Logs tab at the top if you are not automatically in that screen
- Any phone number that has this image next to it will be a missed call.
- Indicates all outgoing calls made from your device.
- Indicates any received calls that were answered.
- Indicates a missed call.

- Select Contacts from the home screen.
- Select the + next the Search Contacts box
- Input Contact information
- Select Save
5. How do I check my voicemail?
- Go to the phone dial pad by select the phone icon on the main screen
- In the dialer tab, hold down the “1” and it will automatically dial the voicemail box
6. How do I take a picture with my phone?
- From the home screen, select the Application icon
- Select Camera
- Use the phones main display as a viewfinder. Use the volume up and down buttons on the side of the phone to zoom in and out.
- When you are ready to take the picture, press the camera icon on the display until you hear a shutter sound. Then the picture has been taken.
7. How do I send a picture to someone from my phone?
- Open the picture you want to send.
- Select the Menu key
- Select Share
- Select Messaging
- Input contact name or phone number
- Compose the body of the message
- Select the Send button

- Take the picture
- Select Menu
- Select More
- Select Set As
- Select Wallpaper
9. How do I save pictures to my memory card?
- Open the Applications tab
- Select the Files App
- Open folder called DCIM
- Open Camera folder
- Long press the picture you’d like to save to your memory card
- Select Move
- Select external_sd folder
- Select DCIM folder
- Select Move Here button
10. How do I get my pictures and video on my computer?
- Connect USB cable from your phone to your computer
- On your phone select button for Connect USB Storage
- Then your phone will say USB storage in Use
- On your computer, a pop-up window will appear that is called AutoPlay
- Select Open folder to view files
- Now all of the folders and files on your phone are viewable
- Copy/move all files you would like on your computer to your preferred location on your computer
***Note DCIM is the folder that your pictures you have saved on your phones memory are stored on and external_sd is the name of the folder that all the files on your memory card are stored in.
11. How do I configure my Mosaic/Chibardun email on my phone?
1. Open the Applications tab on your phone
2. Select Email
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Select Manual Setup button
5. Select POP3 account
6. Leave user name and password
7. Change pop3 server to:
- If you have an @chibardun.net email address: mail.chibardun.net
- If you have an @mosaictelecom.net address: mail.mosaictelecom.net
- If you have an @mosaicmobile.net address: mail.mosaicmobile.net
8. Leave all other fields at the default
9. Select Next button
10. Change SMTP Server to:
- If you have an @chibardun.net email address: mail.chibardun.net
- If you have an @mosaictelecom.net address: mail.mosaictelecom.net
- If you have an @mosaicmobile.net address: mail.mosaictelecom.net
11. Change Port to 25
12. Leave Security at None
13. Uncheck Require Sign-In
14. Select Next
15. If you’ve successfully configured your email to the phone you will go to a screen that asks how often you’d like the email refreshed
16. Select Next
17. Account Name is what you’d like this email account to appear as on your phone. If you have more than one email account you are setting up your phone, you may want to name this
- John Smith – Mosaic
18. Your Name is what other people see who the message is from when sending an email to someone.
- John Smith
19. Select Done
