Your teachers will be working with you in a different way. There will be four learning environmentalists, six associate teachers, and three interns working on the staff. That is approximately one adult for every ten students. These adults will be working with you in completing your tasks. They may be working with you in a nature study, an academic focus group, or a special project. Because you are responsible for your own learning, they will not be lecturing to you every day. They will be helping you learn on your own - think of their role as a coach keeping you on track and on your schedule. You will have one of the teachers or associates as an advisor and every effort is made to assign an advisor that has interests similar to yours.
